So many ladies are going to look so good in this one. I am unsure of the sizing so I wont say it fits a 16 until I know for sure. Some of these XL's do and some don't. Lets just say my fingers are crossed. So cute and such a classic fit. Love the back buttons and ruffle sleeves.
