Well you had me at Strapless and Ruched. These are both winners for me plus I'm a huge fan of anything Swiss Dot and I have real feelings for the green color. I think this is going to be great on a lot of bodies and I'm dying to try it as I think it could be cute with black capris and the waist pulled up higher so it looks like a top too.
