I can't think of a better cut. I'm a big fan of the smocked top as it fits al of busts and is so comfortable. This one has the addition of straps that tie in bows. This is so cute and allows you to adjust the length and neckline so it hits right where you want it to as well. The layers in the skirt hit in all the right places and are so flattering. I'm going for the BLUE
